茶葉，是大自然恩賜于全人類不可或缺的瑰寶，是連接人類文明的圣潔橋梁。2019年聯(lián)合國(guó)第74屆大會(huì)將每年5月21日確定為“國(guó)際茶日”，從此，全球茶人有了自己的節(jié)日，攜手登上了促進(jìn)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的世界平臺(tái)，構(gòu)建了各國(guó)和各民族茶文化交融互鑒的人文空間。

UndertheunifiedarrangementsoftheMinistryofAgricultureandRuralAffairsofChina,accordingtotheguidanceoftheAgriculturalTradePromotionCenteroftheMinistryofAgricultureandRuralAffairs,theTeaIndustryCommitteehascontactedteainstitutionsinmajortea-producingandtea-consumingcountries(andregions)onaglobalbasisinmid-April.Theproposalforpromotingteacultureintegrationreceivedaunanimousagreement.Manyinstitutionshadcommunicationanddiscussiononthecontentoftheinitiative.Someinstitutions,thathaveovercometheunfavourablefactorscausedbytheCovid-19,activelypromotedthereleaseoftheinitiative.Atthesametime,someinstitutionshavenotbeenincludedintheabovelistduetothedelayofresponse.Weappreciatedtheirstrongsupportfortheinitiative.

在中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部的統(tǒng)一部署下，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易促進(jìn)中心的指導(dǎo)下，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)國(guó)際合作促進(jìn)會(huì)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)委員會(huì)4月中旬向世界主要的茶葉生產(chǎn)國(guó)（地區(qū)）和消費(fèi)國(guó)（地區(qū)）發(fā)出了倡議邀請(qǐng)，得到了各機(jī)構(gòu)的積極響應(yīng)，大家就倡議內(nèi)容、倡議方式等進(jìn)行了緊密的溝通。很多機(jī)構(gòu)克服了本國(guó)新冠疫情帶來的不利因素，積極推進(jìn)倡議工作。同時(shí)，部分機(jī)構(gòu)由于是在截止日期后反饋的確認(rèn)函，未能進(jìn)入倡議發(fā)布名單，感謝各機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)倡議工作的大力支持。

ThereleaseoftheInitiativeonthePromotionofTeaIndustryDevelopmentwillnotonlypromotethedevelopmentoftheworldteaindustry,butalsoenhancethein-depthcooperationamongtheinvolvedinstitutions.

《促進(jìn)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展倡議》的發(fā)布，將積極引領(lǐng)和推動(dòng)世界茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，更能推動(dòng)發(fā)起單位間深入的合作。
